Lymphatic Drainage
Massage

Lymph drainage massage is not the typical massage of the skin and muscles, it is a very complex process. The pressure is very light / softer than the weight of a coin, just the opposite of a deep massage, using firm/continuous pressure. If the pressure is too hard, the lymphatic system will shift and not be affected, it is directly below the skin.

What is the importance of regular lymph drainage?
Lymph drainage therapy helps to circulate body fluids, stimulates the functioning of the immune system, and promotes a state of relaxation and balance within the autonomic nervous system.  After any kind of surgery the lymph system is especially overloaded with eliminating excess fluids and toxic removal.

What to expect after a lymphatic drainage:
• Reduction in edema (swelling) and lymph edema of various causes
• Detoxification of the body
• Repairs / renewal of tissue (e.g. burns and pre- and post surgical scars) and anti-aging effects
• Relief of chronic inflammation and conditions such as acne, eczema and allergies
• Immune system stimulation, for preventive and therapeutic effects
• Reduction in the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia
• Relief of chronic pain
• Deep relaxation relieves: insomnia, depression, tension, but cell energy increases and memory loss improves
• Anti-spastic response mechanisms that bring relief to conditions such as random or involuntary muscle hypertonicity
• Reduction of fat and cellulite tissue
• Contributes to weight loss

How do you know if you are suffering from lymphatics congestion?
stiffness, especially in the morning
fatigue
Itchy and dry skin
bloating
breast swelling with each cycle
holding onto water
Brain fog
swollen glands
stubborn weight gain
chronic sinusitis, sore throats, colds, ear infections
cold hands and feet

Opening up your lymphatic tunnels is also crucial / very supportive before you jump into any other type of cleansing program.

Ozone Therapy

OZONE THERAPY
Ozone easily enters the bloodstream during an ozone steam therapy session. This enables your congested tissues and organs to clear waste, toxic stores, viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold, fungal and parasites. These “wastes” leave the body mainly  through the skin. The lymphatic system is one of the most overlooked yet significant systems in the body.  This expansive system travels throughout the body to remove waste from every cell in the body, it is a slow-moving system of channels and lymph nodes that adds to the body's circulatory system. The lymphatic system delivers nutrients to the cells and secretes excess water, cellular waste, bacteria, viruses and other unwanted toxins.

Stimulates the Immune System.
- Reduces Carbon Monoxide Poisoning.
- Increases Oxygen, assisting the body’s natural detoxifying process.
- Removes unwanted bacteria and viruses from the blood, as it does with water.
- Disinfects open wounds.
- Effective against cardiovascular problems and arteriosclerosis.
- Effective against all forms of rheumatoid and arthritic disease.
- Relieves Allergies.
- Improves multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions.
- External use of ozone is very effective in the treating of burns, acne, ulcers, open sores
and wounds, fungus and skin disorders.
- Cirrhosis of the liver, AIDS, herpes and hepatitis have been successfully treated with
ozone, without the use of other drugs.

A usual and normal course of ozone therapy takes 6 – 10 treatments, given to a patient two
times a week. Most patients start to feel better after the 2nd or 3rd treatment. This therapy
does not have to be constantly repeated, as all nutritional and toxic factors are removed and
replaced as well. A ‘touch up’ treatment is recommended at least every 4 – 8 weeks,
especially in the case of chronic illnesses or diseases.
